Septic tank and drainage

It was a big day out at the block today. The drain layers created more earthworks havoc installing the sewage and stormwater drainage pipes and digging yet another hole for the septic tank. Chris was out there all day helping digging trenches and also planting a hedge behind the cottage.

That diggers a little close to the new cottage! I can't watch!

another digger, another whacking great hole!

slight mistake with the pipe work, note the level of the ground and note the depth of the grease trap. Plumbers mistake putting the pipes in the concrete too low, drain layer not happy, and neither is having to pay for risers at $200 each!
